Was using my account to make separate reservations for my mother and giving her GOH -- all going well, until I tried to use a couple of free night award certificates for her. Was told the "cannot combine two certificate" message, like how we cannot combine FNA with SUA. I understand that is how the program is designed. It represents a downgrade of the GOH program; I had previously used my own FNAs to make reservations for her and give her GOH privileges before GOH became a certificate.
