Almost 2 weeks ago, I phoned BA up to have them manually add my TPs and AV, and the guy was very helpful and said he would take care of everything and worked out what the TPs and AV were. He said he would pass this on to the correct team.

Should it take 2 weeks for the manual updates to show?
