Update on this.
I received my $102 refund immediately after cancelling the ticket on Southwest side (not amex credit)
Today 1/29 I received $102 credit and a $98 credit. Even though I cancelled the $102 and bought 2 $100 tickets.
It seems the Amex credit system ignored the refund? Will it be clawed back?
I have one $100 ticket left that I can fully refund from southwest and if no claw backs happen in 2 weeks I"ll fully refund it
