Quick question for everyone. I have an upcoming booking with Crokfords this weekend and I've noticed the entire hotel is sold out. Am I correct in assuming that an upgrade is unlikely? I'm arriving on Thursday evening and checking out Saturday.

Also, has anyone had any luck with the $20 trick with FHR?
