Based on the photos you submitted (or in your file), the damage to your luggage appears to be the result of normal wear and tear from ordinary handling. Sometimes damage similar to what you reported occurs as luggage goes through belt systems that may cause mishaps to protruding parts such as (damaged item; i.e. zipper pulls, wheels, handles). Finally, after two weeks, nothing. Tumi store is nice to take it as a warranty repair without shipping even it's outside of 1 year window.
