I was on two flights with DirecTV installed on the seatback. On both flights, instead of normal TV listing, the movie section just listed Personal Entertainment, while the rest of the "TV Guide" for regular channels was not available, and live TV was not available either. The only feature that was working was the Flight Map.

Was this an one-off (or two-off, rather) with a system issue specific to the planes, or is UA unplugging DirecTV with the NEXT project?
