What is the timing of Loyalty Points status year end?
i posted this in another thread that didn't have a title indicating my question:
I thought I saw that starting this year, any CC spend generating LP that you do by 2/29 you will count for status in the current year. In the past, your spending had to post to Aadvantage by Feb 28.
I took that to mean that what I spend by 2/29 (on one specific AA card, or on any of them?) will count, even though it would post to Aadvantage in March. So then, I would presumably be able to select the reward in March and have (30?) days to redeem. I was hoping for that so I can renew status for someone who expires 3/31.
