Yes, I was quite pleasantly surprised as well. The other hotels offered were the Hilton Maslak, Radisson Blu Sisli, Marriott Sisli, and the Hilton Bomonti. All of the options seemed like nice hotels based on a cursory reading of reviews and also seem a bit nicer than most of the hotels listed in this thread that are seemingly usually offered for the stopover program.
