The only way this will work is if BA open up avios availability on the NCL-LHR flight, then you can call BA and add the NCL-LHR leg to your existing avios booking for the usual NCL-LHR avios charge and a £35 change fee.

BA do often open up redemption availability for avios if the flight is lightly loaded in the weeks/days before departure, so it's worth keeping an eye on it.
