Any way of booking a connecting flight in LHR that will allow luggage transfer

I've booked an Avios redemption LHR-CPT on QR (via DOH). Travelling with a lot of luggage.
My home airport is NCL, so would like to add a paid NCL-LHR leg to the booking which will allow me and the luggage to be transferred from T5 to T4 rather than having to collect bags and carry between terminals and then check in again.
QR website can't book flights from NCL-LHR.

Is there any way to do this?
(appreciate this is more a OneWorld/QR question but LHR connection and knowledge base here is pertinent)
