Hey bensyd

A little bit of all really, but knowing 7 days on the road may not cover all the options you mention - the missus wants 1 day beach, 1 night stay at some upscale winery (so that is a must) and rest for Parks (coastal or inland) and ofc driving...

Its a tad difficult to know what is best to spend more time (or less time on) and what routes are more scenic than others so pointers are always highly appreciated.
