Hi All. I googled the question and found this thread and emptied my bottle as I was to go through security at the gate. I am in T3, past security in gates A1-A8 and there is a refill station just on your left after security. You can have boiling water or cold water. I think it depends on where you board. As for HKIA, I live in HK and there are plenty of refills stations after security whetheryou are transiting or departing from HK. You just need to find them (usually near toilets).
