It is a bassinet seat, but the likelihood of a baby being on a LAS flight is I would think rather low. I can recommend 3K and 4K, as I and my friend had those for our flight into LAS today. Great seats with a nice window in the perfect place for seeing Vegas on approach. Should be fine for the departure too (runway dependent)
