it's been almost 4 months now and nothing from avis.. i have an extension from diners and they even have sent written requests for estimates and additional paperwork, but so far they have received nothing..
how can Avis be this bad in processing claims? any ideas on who to contact to speed this up? the claims department has no clue and tells me to talk to the avis I rented at and when I call them they tell me to call the claims department..
i'm gonna start using hertz..
