Web site completely broken for my account

As of this afternoon, I'm unable to see the united.com web site or access any web page that lets me buy tickets if I'm logged into my mileageplus account. As soon as I log into my account, if I load the home page it will briefly show up and then disappear. This happens with both firefox and chromium, and even in a brand-new firefox profile where I've disabled enhanced tracking protection (which is on by default). In the JavaScript console, Originally I was getting errors like this "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'Airport')" and "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of /api/CCEProducts/GetCCEContent:1 status of 500". Now I'm getting even worse errors, like this:

If I go to a different page like https://www.united.com/en/us/myunited I can access my account status, but if I click on book > flights, then, like the home screen, the interface shows up briefly before disappearing. It works fine if I log in as a family member, so this problem is specific to my account.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

I'm afraid this has something to do with my mileageplus account data being corrupted, which is causing weird JavaScript errors. I called 1-800-396-1751, which I thought was the generic tech support number for the united.com web site, but what I got sounded more like a regular 1K agent who offered to help me buy a ticket by phone. The best she could say was that she would forward a request to IT and I should try again in 30 minutes. Needless to say that was several hours ago and nothing has changed.

I've been flying United for decades, have 1K, lifetime status, etc., and it would be catastrophic if I lose access to united.com because my account is somehow corrupted. I can still book tickets with the Android app, but this is not an acceptable solution. (Among other things, my employer requires me to submit screenshots of united.com during the purchase in addition to a final receipt to get reimbursed, which is arguably stupid but not something I'm going to be able to change.)

Does anyone have suggestions for how to talk to an actual tech support person at United, or how to correct the problem myself? At first I though the issue was because I searched flights to USM (united.com doesn't support Samui airport), but then I bought a ticket somewhere else on my phone, which should have changed the default destination airport for my account, but the website still doesn't work for me.
