Apparently Nagasaki has the most fish cake 🍥 producers anywhere in Japan. I was intrigued by the cat-shaped one, of course named “nekoboko”.
I had assumed I’d need to go to Kagoshima for a satsuma-age pilgrimage, didn’t realise I could go get my fix at Nagasaki. Thank you!
