Seems I'm having the same here.
I cancelled one of my reservations just shortly before the free cancellation deadline, tried to book another hotel on the same date, but kept getting errors.
Now, one day later, I noticed another reservation (on a different date) of mine got cancelled involuntarily and I cannot login to aadvantagehotels.com any more. (Same symptom, you can login, but nothing happens as if you have not)

Thanks for the response, but not what I wanted to hear.
Had this last reservation canceled due to renovation/Construction, and cannot help thinking somehow this caused me to get locked out.
