Wasn’t there just a case won by an Australian guy against Qatar who changes their aircraft frequently and downgrades from a suite to an old business class product… But to answer your question, you may have a case if you prove BA downgraded your travel experience to a level which they market at a lower price. That shouldn’t be too difficult…
