Question Need help interpreting this Fare rule

Can I get help with this fare rule? Am I allowed to make changes to the flight dates (before 1/28/2025) with a fee of $300 or am I not allowed to? Thanks

Adult

  • New York to Delhi

General Information
  • Prices are guaranteed with current exchange currency
No-Show For First Flight
General information
  • In Case Of Exchange, New Travel Dates Must Be Prior To 28/01/2025
  • Penalty Fee Cannot Be Waived In Case Of Passenger Illness Or Passenger's Family Death
Travel dates or travel time changes (revalidation)
  • Changes Are Not Allowed
Changes of routing or airline (reissuance)
  • Changes Are Allowed With Restrictions
  • Maximum Penalty Fee (In Case Of Entire Ticket Exchange) Is USD 300.00
  • Penalty Fee For Partial Changes In The Ticket Is Free Of Charge
