OP, I hope you are aware that Delta quietly backtracked on offering MQDs for hotel stays. Stays booked before October 31st will have the MQD promo honored.

MQDs for eligible bookings made through Delta Car Rentals and Delta Stays between September 14 and October 31, 2023 for 2024 travel will be honored.
