Hi
I have 4 business cards with Amex that I applied to as a sole prop. I recently incorporated as a single member LLC and got an EIN.
Do I need to get all new credit cards or can I continue to use the cards issued from when I was a sole prop? I really dont want to re apply for all new ones, and cancel all existing ones, so hoping there is no issue with that.
Some things I'm thinking about
:
- Do cards issued to an LLC vs a sole prop have any added liability protection?
- Any issue from IRS perspective on using sole prop cards to pay LLC expenses?
