I feel like I haven’t gotten a spontaneous or “space available” upgrade in like 2 years. That said, whenever I’ve applied my SNA certs (now NUA certs) I’ve gotten into the highest rooms!

so I just save those certificates for trips where upgrades may be more valuable to me.
