One small note. I was stuck in AUS last weekend and had a very nice chat with the agents at the Delta Club entry. They strongly recommend keeping the email from Amex after you hit $75k. They rely on Amex to tell them who to admit, and if you show them the email, they will push back if Amex says you do not qualify...
Neither my spouse nor I show guest access for Delta guests being granted either.

But you're saying that if I print that email we got from Amex saying we are now eligible for Centurion lounge access for guests, it will work for getting guests into the DL Club?
