Lindner Frankfurt Main Plaza

Not sure if this warrants its own thread (if so mods feel free to move) but wrapped up a 4 night stay here recently (was in the area for work and didn't feel like staying at the HP Frankfurt Airport) — had an expiring SUA so used that to get a 1 Bedroom Suite Skyline View ahead of time. Arrived from a US redeye at ~10am but room was ready and had no issue checking in (unlike some of my coworkers who booked a Marriott and had to wait until 3pm) — agree that room is a little dated but a massive amount of space:









FWIW the bed was two twins pushed together, but didn't have any issues sleeping or anything. Was on the 15th floor but was able to hear the traffic / sirens from the streets outside as well — didn't bother me but could be an issue for others. Breakfast buffet was solid. Location-wise a little out of the way, but fairly convenient to the restaurants in Sachsenhausen, and the tram did get me where I needed to go (S-Bahn was a little far though). Views from the room were great:



Overall would probably stay here again, but doubt I'll have many reasons to return to Frankfurt proper so we'll see
