called and the agent was super nice and efficient. Was able to basically rebook the ticket as PE and was able to hold the inventory for the T space on the connecting domestic leg. Phone call was less than 10 mins total, props to this agent.
also another data point. Not sure if reticketing has a different time flow, but was submitted for reticketing this morning around 10am and was just ticketed at 7:20pm for travel Sep 2, 2024
