Yeah. That's baffling. My total credit line with Chase is ~8% of my income. Add my other credit cards and my total credit line is maybe 1/7th of my income. Add my HELOC and now I'm at like 1/3rd of my income. I think she just got spooked by the fact that I went from 0 utilization to 27% so fast. Also, a lot of this available credit is new lines of credit, including the HELOC. I'm probably looking like a high risk from all the sudden change.
