Years ago Delta stated that there were way too many upgrades/discounts in the premium cabin (BusinessElite now D1) and that hardly anyone was paying full price that Delta removed seats from the J cabin—but this was years prior to the introduction of PS. Interesting now to be increasing the size of the J cabin. UA high J cabin feels like coach, as service is so slow due to the size of the cabin and UA understaffing of FA’s. Will Delta adequately staff the enlarged J cabin adding an additional FA?
