Have not stayed there yet or even walked inside. That said, because I live here in Naples year round I have watched its construction from the beginning. All I can say is that it is a very big hotel built on a very small pace at the corner of an intersection with a lot of traffic. So without having been inside I believe I can make a fair statement that a majority of rooms overlook that busy intersection with lots of traffic morning, noon and night. The only positive thing I can see is that is a 2 block walk from 5th Ave. South which has a lot of very fine restaurants. Beach just too far a walk for most.
