Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? We had a lovely time.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked the cheapest entry level on points and received an eight level upgrade to a one bed suite park view.
How are the rooms? Neutral decor, cloakroom at the entrance. Living room with long sofa in the bay window space, pouffe and coffee table. Minibar and coffee station were against the wall. Bedroom with four poster bed. Velvet covered bench opposite the TV. Desk/dressing table combo. Fluffy robes and fabulous slippers. The bathroom had a free standing roll top bath in the bay window space, a separate wet room shower with rainfall head. Second lav was also in a separate room. Amenities were 500ml 1969 brand, rather than 300ml as in the regular rooms. There was a selection of lovely plants. Bedroom had a Swiss cheese plant, taller than me. Bathroom had a rubber plant, also taller than me. There were two other smaller plants, not as tall as me.

Did you use the free spa credit / did the hotel participate? If so, was it a good value? NA
What was good and what was bad? Good - pretty decent upgrade. The slippers were the best I have seen given out by a hotel. My son brought his home. Social hour was in Fitzs bar which has a better ambiance than Burr & Co. I had a glass or two of red. Secret password got us 2000 points. Minibar was well stocked. There were two bottles of Fitzroy branded pre mixed cocktails, a half bottle of gin and a 200 ml bottle of vodka. Nespresso machine with an assortment of capsules, four different types of tea bag, popcorn, crisps, cookies and chocolate. The v kind concierge did some printing for me. Have I mentioned the slippers?
Bad - the queue to be seated for breakfast in the Grace restaurant (ex Galvins) was long and tedious.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? We spent 35,700 points on our room. The suite was priced at £727 the night we stayed.
Amazing slippers.
