Hi,
Have not posted a review on my latest stay yet Sorry.
Stayed here 2 nights 17th to 19th January
Arrived from Hiroshima by JAL flight and took the express Monorail to Hamamatsucho station. There is construction going on so getting to the taxi rank from the monorail with luggage is a bit awkward
Taxi to Conrad was c Y750 ( about 1500)
At check in I was escorted to the Guest services desk ( by the wall with the shop) and welcomed back
I had been upgraded from a King City view to King Bay view. I enquired about an upgrade to a bay view suite and was advised it would be Y 10,000 pn ( c £55 pn) so accepted it
I was offered a 1330 late check out.
Room was 3431 with the usual great garden and bay views. Separate storage area for suitcases/wardrobe accessible both from the entrance hallway and the bathroom. Additional wc room also
Turndown service was done each night and was good ( pyjamas put on bed). The Conrad tokyo pyjamas can be bought for Y12,000.
Afternoon tea in the lounge was good. I went out to explore tokyo ( and see some of the Winter illuminations still up in Shinjuku, Tokyo Dome, Marunouchi and Midtown Hibya so got back at 1945 for a quick bite at evening cocktails ( 1800-2000). Selection was reasonable ( liked the plum liqueur).
Pool was closed for annual maintenance (17--19th jan) but the fitness centre was open normally
Breakfast in Cerise was good as always . Went for the lobster omellette. Liked the smoothies and the panna cotta
Got rid of a lot of Y10 coins in the charity collection box by the entrance for the earthquake,
Had lunch in cerise one day. Went for the special ramen option ( Y 5,000). You sign the bill for the full amount but at check out the bill reflects the 25% Gold/Diamond dining menu
Checked out at 1330 on Friday in the lounge and had a coffee/fruit juice before going to the Shiadome Yurikamome line to Daiba for a 1 night stay at the HiltonTokyo odaiba before flying home
Some photos

Bathroom vanity ( button for under floor heating at the side)
Night time view from room 3431 ( rainbow bridge illumination turned off after midnight)
Storage hall for suitcases. Safe and laundry bags in the cupboards. More hanging space on other side of hall
Executive lounge seating area ( facing gardens) just before closing at 2100
The Conrad Tokyo bear with its cousin , the Hilton Hiroshima bear on the right. I was at the Hilton hiroshima before coming to the conrad and they were selling the bears for Y1,500 so bought 2.
Night time illumination close to the Caretta Shiodome close to the Conrad
Overall a very good stay ( prices were a bit high but acceptable)
The Toei Oedo line is very good ( Shiodome station entrance is just outside the hotel) and runs to Shinjuku etc
