Driving from Sydney to Brisbane (7 days) - Where to stop on the way?
Did a 7 day roadtrip from Sydney to Melbourne, just before the pandemic hit, and got the best ever recommendations here on FT; so now we're heading in the opposite direction and would like to get some pointers/recommendations...

We're heading out on Sunday April 7th, from SYD, and returning the rental car in BNE on Sunday the 14th, and just like last time, I was wondering if anyone have any tips on where to drive through (maybe good places to stay on the way, eateries etc) - I'm counting on you CPMaverick and bensyd
