Used it this morning as well. It is an improvement from having to wait in line sometimes, and have some place to sit down while formalities are taken care of. And the most valuable aspect being not having any line for security!

A missed opportunity on JAL’s side is to perhaps try and offer refreshments, such as a glass of water or Japanese tea.
