They were supposed to email me my final statement, which they didn't do either. Had I not been looking at my credit card statement I wouldn't have seen this at all.
Looks like the CC company is taking care of it but still a PITA. Lesson learned.
Just curious, how did you deal with this? I'm having the same issue - I was charged by AA and then they somehow passed my card information to the hotel...who then charged me again. I've been trying to contact AA Hotels via their contact form but haven't received any response and the hotel isn't helpful either. Did you just initiate a chargeback on your card?
