Yeah.

Imagine for a Gambler to achieve NOIR, he needs to be invited after probably spending like hundreds of thousands of dollars in the Casino.

Yet us Marriott guys, just fork over 95 bucks for a credit card to get Silver Elite and match to NOIR.
