I'd aim for 5 then, if you want to minimize the risk of a lineup. Maybe not necessary, but YUL INTL is one of the more pleasant MLLs anyway.
As a DP, last time I was there it was around 5:30, the line went back to the Hurleys@yul entrance (probably 30-40 people deep) and it took about a half-hour to get in.
