Interesting. Had a similar issue. Canceled within 24 hours, but airline won’t honor that. Apparently, it’s a Chase issue. It’s been six weeks; they opened a case; still no refund. Beyond a DOT case, is there any other direct line to a supervisor team to review it? They keep saying it’s under review, but six weeks is more than enough time. I expect interest back on the $2,000 they have stolen from me. If anyone has a better Chase support contact, I would appreciate it.
