Look, we all know Boeing has huge problems, but Robert Isom (whom I personally consider a D-minus CEO) is the least qualified person to be criticizing any other company when AA continues to struggle under his lack of strategy and leadership. Is it just me or this guy really needs to take a remedial public speaking course? I'm sorry, but as bad as Boeing is, their product quality for the most part (i.e., the 777s and 787s have been very successful despite all the MAX chaos) is better than anything AA will ever be able to come up with.
I listened in to the investor call yesterday, and the number of questions the leadership said they wouldn't answer or gave non-answers to was staggering.
