New member here. But have read through almost all the posts here and thanks for the helpful insights.
I have had the SYW card now for past few years and have also received some of the same offers.
Currently have the $100/$200 GGR for 1K/2K, online for $75/1K and the 5% utility offer.
I usually try to match with the points posted on SYW site to confirm if a purchase counted as GGR or not.
I have noticed that points are not posting for the past 9 days for me now on the SYW site. Usually, they would post within 2-3 days. I contacted CSR through the website, and they said it could take 7-10 days, which hasn’t been the case in the past for me. I have multiple transactions that have not posted since Jan 17th.

Just curious if anybody else has similar issue. Thanks!
