That rather scared me so I checked the T&C. Section 9.3.6 is more than a little confusing (emphases mine):

I don't think there's any doubt that Accor Plus rates are in fact "eligiible rates" -- so what on earth do they mean here by "ibis Business and Accor Plus membership card rates"???
