Beware that kazakhstan is big and travel by road / rail takes a lot of times , and if its winter it can be bit unpleasant

Check domestic airlines like qazaq air , flyarystan (which is low cost branch of air astana) or air astana itself , tickets arent really expensive , except in case of almaty bishkek (very short flight , but the journey can be easily done by road)

To travel internationally in the region , i would say it depends on your journey , google flight is your best friend in that case , so it really depends what you want and how + when , up to you to decide

again ; google flight can help , just add all possible departures cities, and for destination select SEA , then you will see what can be done
