I recently learned that Costco S. Korea's accepted card is a Hyundai card. Perhaps foreign credit cards are accepted? Costco JP accepted credit card is Mastercard while Costco US is Visa. Local currency cash is valid at all three but I'm not sure if all US self checkout and food court kiosks take cash payments vs a human staffed register which do. Costco.com accepts Mastercard and Visa
