However, if I cancel or change the flight after July, will I lose the ecredit? The ecredit is for almost $3,000 so I want to be sure.
I believe any credit from last year should be good for travel through end of 2024 no matter when it expires in 2024 due to DL credit extensions last year. I had several credits with 12/31/23 expirations that I applied to a trip in February before they expired and it is letting me apply the credit from that trip to flights through 2024 if I go through change flights. Although I'm not positive it will still retain a credit if I were to simply cancel trip.
