I don't think that would work. You're not allowed to accrue double EQNS with 2 rooms under your account for the same stay. You'll get the points for the cost of the rooms. If you're not Globalist, applying it to your reservation won't give you the EQN, it's only when gifted to another WOH member.
Unless the system has a loophole where redeeming a GOH triggers the EQN regardless of stay period, I don't see it working. I suggest calling Hyatt and asking if you could apply it to your second room, but I expect they will say your status would cover the second room and guests.
