Yes. As long as your TK M&S account is showing as Elite following the status match and you enter your TK M&S number in the Swiss reservation then it will afford you the princely benefits of *A Gold when you travel with Swiss no matter what class you're booked in. For example, we travelled BKK-DPS on TG in economy with my TK M&S number on the reservation and we were scanned into their lounges (the Thai one at BKK and the contract lounge at DPS) without problem.
