Yes, your read on what I"m looking for is correct. Would you mind saying what your experience with "pay later" rentals is on point? I was thinking prepaid only because they might be less likely to charge more on return, but I guess they can always charge you for non-full fuel tank so maybe that is not a strong idea on my part.
