From what you are saying you also saw JFK-IST-BKK flight online but you got an error when booking. That has always been the case and its not what I am asking about. Manual booking is that you find two separate reservation on Lifemiles and you ask them to put them together and price it as one reservation. Reservations that you cant find online together.
