That US page work around has worked for me sometimes. The other one that has worked on the UK page is not using the "log in" button at the top right hand of the page but using the manage tab which then takes you to another EC sign in option. The other thing I did was to turn off the private relay on my iPad and Mac settings. Not being computer literate I don't know whether each of these did something or somehow the combination of these actions did. I have been able to review my account (and my wife has accessed her account as well) and check flights & details although I have not had to book any flights or make payments so can't tell if this helps with that or not.
