How is Grab any less convenient? I'm no smarter than any of you Thailand experts here. I landed at BKK this morning, cleared immigration, walked outside the airport, opened Grab and entered hotel address, a few minutes later and a driver came to pick me up. What am I missing here?
I do not like waiting, and pre-booking AOT takes care of that. With the ride-hailing apps, you can be lucky as you were today, or you can stand around for half a decade with drivers being forever and a day away, or cancelling on you - especially when the weather is bad)
