You can take the Central line or Elizabeth line to East London rather easily (or Elizabeth line to Central London) - though, obviously, that adds time to journeys beyond being able to walk out the door and be in London. There should be a significant price difference between this and other London properties. Maybe not with Hyatt Place London City - but I have not stayed there.
