When you refer to the US side, to be clear, it is not a government issue holding up increasing flights but certain US airlines who choose not to increase service to China at this moment. For many reasons, all of them self serving, which is to be expected from a private company.
At least prices are more reasonable now.
It is, but still not good enough. I want more competition from the Chinese carriers to force the US3 to lower their prices. Pre-COVID airfares were amazing. Golden age of traveling for me!
